I did mine like this:
2 cloves garlic
2-3tbsp lemon juice
2-3tbsp olive oil
1/3c fresh chopped herbs (oregano and basil is what I had)
2-3tbsp grainy Dijon


Marinade for 1/2 hr or more.

Broiled in the oven. Was frikkin awesome, and the kids loved it too.
