I was at Daysland at sunrise today. We (dog and I) put up 3 birds in a bit over 2 hours and got 2. It was shaping up to be a busy day there when we left about 10:30. Trucks parked at most entry points and lots of hunters heading in. It was a nice day out. Birds were looking more like grouse with no tails today - I don't eat the tails so doesn't matter that much.
