I’m sure I’ll be refuted by someone one here, but in general terms I believe myself to be correct. If it’s your all around rifle, stick with regular weight.

a heavier setup helps minimize the effects of a shooter's inconsistencies. If someone was trying to achieve the tightest possible groups at the range, the heavier the better.
