I've always eaten wild meat just ike I like my beef...RARE !
Since I left home anyways...mom and dad always cooked meat of any kind, especially wild, WELL done, lol....I'm still trying to cut a deer roast my dad cooked when I was eleven...and I'm in my 40's now...that's tough.
