I had a feeling that 118 was gonna be opened up. I 999'd mule buck as I wanted to concentrate on whitetails up north. Everyone I have talked to has been drawn in 116 or 118 without priority. I avoided opening week last year but from what I heard it was a mess of road warriors. We got off the beaten track for the second and 4th weeks and it wasn't too bad. a few other hunters were seen but none bothered us too bad. The deer sure were sheepish by the last week. Where we seen a ton of deer the second week there were none around that could be seen from the road. I new of a little hole up on the ridge and we walked up there into a mess of deer. There were over 50 mulies in an area no larger than 2 acres. It was confusing trying to sort through the bucks to make an accurate judgement.
