Great Effort. I appreciate the pride you take in producing your pelts. I think taking time with each pelt will usually get you a grade higher on the pay scale too. And make more garment quality fur, not just trim.
When I read about guys skinning coyotes in 3 minutes and fleshing and boarding in 20 minutes I would bet that those pelts would rarely make select grade. IMO trappers have a responsibility to produce the best fur they can.
