It’s definitley “cool” but unfortunately impractical. In theory it’s great, it allows you to cross water bodies with your quad, but looks like it’ll take over an hour to set up, then another hour+ to take down, which if you’re going on a long journey is fine, but you won’t be packing enough gear to go on more than a day trip if you have to pack the pontoons and the motor.
There might be some people who would have a practical use for them, but it might be cheaper and more practical to buy an Argo, could be a tough sell for your buddy.
