I would not recommend Pincher Creek Meats. I took a mule deer there 3 years ago and somehow they managed to get shards of bone in every single package of ground. I understand there can be the odd piece here and there but never had it that bad before.

Also, when they cut and wrapped steaks, they left on a very thick layer of fat. This seemed strange to me for wild game...

Since then, I have been using Bear Butchering north of Lundbreck. I have not tried their sausages but they do a good job with cut & wrap.
