I voted do my own.

Dad always took the lead in breaking down the game, then cutting the roasts out etc. We did steaks and trim. Well he is going to be 82 soon and he didnt even come out to the garage to help cut trim meat with my sons moose this dec. I am glad that I have taken over the last few animals and broke them down myself. It's a learning experience and with each one, you get better. You tube is awesome for a quick refresher.

Butchers do our garlic sausage and smokies. But that is something I would like to one day try as well.
