I took my elk to Bear Butchering last fall, he did a great job. I had sausage, pep and jerky made plus all the good cuts of steak and loads of burger. Total was around $700. I would butcher myself if I had the time, but between coaching my boys hockey, work and trying to keep the wife happy it seems I am all out of that.
