Setting FL dies to a particular, pre determined, standard makes it tough to get results that are anywhere near perfect for a given chamber. Die brand, and individual die make up are all over the map. Redding FL dies, for example would need a hard cam over to fit a chamber that, say, Whidden dies would be no where near the shell holder to get the same result. I have a half a dozen sizing die’s for the 30-06 as an example. Each one of the sizes brass differently. And brass brand can have a huge affect as well. Depending on the brass I’ll use different die’s for the same rifle.

Turn your die down in extremely small increments until the brass chambers. If you don’t have enough room to make this work, you may need an equipment change.
