Take a regular Winchester lever and make it into a large loop?

I have pics of what I want, but im not stubborn about it

Just cut the regular loop, add some steel, and weld it up.

Let me know what your time, steel and welding ability is worth and I will ship the lever off to you with some rough instructions on what I want.
