At least I can finally start making my jerky. A good portion of the meat was already starting to freezer burn despite being vac packed.
There must be some way to speed up this process. Even some of the landowners I know now wont hunt their own land because it takes 3 months to get a result.  |
Something isn’t right if it was freezer burning already, we have meat butcher wrapped for 2 years (packs that fall to the bottom and get lost
) that hasn’t shown any signs of freezer burn.
