If true that RELM offered "extra" priority points as compensation for their error....
There is going to be trouble for them.
It could even cost them their contract with the government.
In no way are they authorized to do such a thing.
Nor can they offer a different tag as compensation.
Prewar, some advice to get this resolved.
Do in in writing, not verbally.
This needs a papertrail.
The only legal,viable and equitable path forward is to re-do this draw.
