My Army Whites are:
Neck (edge of hood) too shoulder = 7"
Shoulder to sleeve cuff = 24"
Waist band to crotch = 16"
Waist (buttoned up) = 38"
Front of jacket (button line) is 36"
Crotch to waist = 16"
Crotch to leg cuff = 29"
Leg cuff " 11" across
I'm 6" with 40" waist and they fit snug over regular pants and shirt and winter jacket.
