Opening Day Trout
Given that they are stocked fish.... its probably okay to keep one for dinner now and then..... particularly the Brookie..... I am sure they were not wasted or sitting in the freezer..... and most people fishing those lakes go home fish-less do to lack of experience..... I am sure they release more then they keep...
