In 2008 it really depended on where you lived. Example could be complete different situation on one side of road than the other even in same MD.
If your building a house with permits in some md they won't let you go off grid. Actually even your driveway has tyo be built like a township road.
It used to be that you added 40% to whatever you thought it was going tyo cost you to build something. Now I would just add 100% to whatever you think your going to build.
