Kingfisher Balanced leech pattern. Do you think a WW in this style will be effective?

Yes ... for Walleye or Trout but not for Whites, of all the Whites I've caught & cleaned, I've never found any leaches or similar critters in their stomach contents. One worth tying would the Caddisfly or Cased caddis patterns.
