Exactly the same size as mine. If I remember correctly, it cost around $35,000 in 2014. That was for 2X6" framing, insulated and drywalled, 12 light fixtures, lots of plug ins (120 and 240), furnace and everything. Artisan Homes did mine and did a pretty excellent job.
