24' x 26' with 10 foot ceilings $27,000 through planit builders (not recomended ) work was sub par and took over 4 months to finish in 2017 . if i were to do it again i would hire all trades my self not skimping on the concrete and finding guys looking for side jobs you could probably get it done some where in the 19000- 22000 range. unfinished inside .
