I built mine last year. 32x48. I did everything except the concrete placing and spray foam insulation. 2x6x 10 foot walls. About an 8/12 pitch so i could have a nice vault on the inside. Half the building is barn the other half shop and then man cave above the barn. Total cost to build was 48K. I did a 6inch slab floor with thickened edges on piles.
