Put up a 40 X 40 X 16 pre engineed steel building with 1 man door and a 14 X 14 overhead in 2015. Used 6” screw piles for foundation and went with a floating pad with no thickened edges as the walls sit on piles, plumb for in floor , did all the work myself except had a guy to place and finish concrete. 56 k $
