yea, you are mostly right (insider here) Can't give any specific details but the umbrella will be the biggest aviation company in Canada now and hopefully will do a better job!

As for the people talking bail out, a lot of the proceeds from this sale are going to go to repaying some of those "bail outs" and bombardier needed to do this to to stay afloat and continue business focusing on it's other assets like train's and private jets.

This might actually stop them from needing future bail outs as these "non-essential" assests were money pits because basically... Quebec
