Well if you want to have knowledgeable staff to sell you your firearms the store will likely have to pay more to hire these people. When the stores expenses go up so does the cost of the products they sell. I would rather do my own research and go to a store where things are cheap and tell them what I want. I could care less if the person behind the counter knew what it was.
