I don't know anyone. But my wife's unit at the hospital lost 1/3 its staff (~30 nurses) do to one infected patient and no PPE. Of those, about 1/3 tested positive, another 1/3 had symptoms but did not test positive, and the other 1/3 was able to return to work after 4-5 days isolation.
