I have a buddy that has one mounted on a Tikka T3 Tactical 223. Sweet set up. I have a VX2 4-12x40 AO with the LR duplex reticle on my Sako m75ss 243....love it. HAd a mint Vari-X III 6.5-25x40AO as a safe queen I tried to sell for past couple years to no avail, but in March bought a mint Sak m75ss 22-250. All my other rifles either have Leupold Vari-X III's (1) or VX3's.
The VX2 6-18x40 will be a great scope choice.
