Unless I'm mistaken,it looks like you will need to have your credit card in hand for Undersubscribed Tags,and they've elimated the "reserving the tag" nonsense?

Ive been advocating for this for some time....IMHO wayyyyy too many Undersubscribed Moose tags get "reserved"/sold-out immediately on Aug.8 and then never purchased once the "reservee" realizes what they've gotten themselves into and the WMU that they signed up for.
Hopefully I'm reading this correctly,and those of us that will ACTUALLY BUY AND USE/hunt with the tag will have a better chance of getting the opportunity before the Tag Hogs reserve them all up in the first 10 minutes of first come/first serve day on Aug.8?
