Lee reloading manual has in depth instruction for the technicalities of using the equipment and components. Im sure the other companies that make equipment also publish a book on reloading. Otherwise I would suggest swinging by someones house who reloads and going through it. Its kind of like cooking. There's a lot of personal flavour involved in what each person chooses to load. If you follow the instructions for your equipment you will make standard quality ammo.
Dont get Lee lube. Get RCBS Case lube and Lube pad. Its way better.
