I think in the 6.5 the 140's make the most sense, I just could not get them to group as well as the 127's. The 142's were ok, the chinchaga 150 and 160 were terrible in my 26, but shot great in my 6.5-284. The 129 LRAB in my rifle you would be better off tossing rocks, the groups may have been better. I think that the overbore cartridges are finicky, toss just about any bullet in a 308 and it seems to shoot ok. Do that in the 26 and I would be lucky to hit the broadside of a barn.
