I just came back from cut bank, the access is still good to the cabins, getting off of the main trail is not recommended though. There wasn't any flood water that I seen as of Thursday afternoon, fishing was slow through the day, the best bite was from 7am till 9am, and picked up again in the evening around 6. 🎣
