We have been dealing with this issue in the NE for quite some time.
Get ready for some areas to be denied access, no reason given.
There were areas that I trapped for 10+ years, dealt with local CO annually, never had any issues. When Bio took over, access was denied. No reason given. All were crown land, ponds, lakes, creeks, lease land etc.
Has gotten to the point that ANY named water body, stream, etc. requires a signed form....sometimes it gets signed, sometimes it doesn't. Be prepared for long waiting times, and access to be denied if another trapper beats You to it.
