I own a lot of rifles scopes. I have owned ONE vortex, It was mounted on a gopher rifle went out into the gopher patch Tried to shot a gopher or five on a dugout berm, could barely make them out in the grass and dirt. went home sold the scope NEVER again. A 6X fixed Leupold, Sightron, heck even an old school Tasco is a far better investment IMHO.
