Called Vortex and they will repair but I still have take it off, box it up, mail it away and then re-install, bore sight and hope I don't have another problem. I should have spent the extra couple hundred bucks and kept with Swaro. Lesson learned.
I’ve had to send swaro back for warranty on a spotter because the coating was blistering off on the inside of the eye piece, Leupold for fogging up and reticle that didn’t reflect on 1/4 of the cross hair vortex for lenses that fell out of a spotter. Spending a little bit more doesn't always mean you’ll never have warranty issues. All of the companies warranty’s that I have used have been repaired with no issues and no cost to me.
