Not sure what the dates you are going are, but I believe there is a general river/stream closure in the Kootenays (region 4) that runs from April 1 to June June 14. The chances Dutch creek even being fishable at that time are slim. All depends on how hard the run off starts coming down and how much there is. Most likely will be running high and muddy.
