Contains maltodextrin=insulin spiker and artificial. Try Swerve ( Natural erythritol) or Truvia ( stevia/erythritol mix.) Superstore has it. I'm 2 litres coffee a day myself.
Swerve is about half as sweet as sugar , Truvia about twice as sweet. I much prefer the mildness of erythritol. No bad side effects of either.
I've studied everything about keto for about 20 years. The reason I failed in the past is my fault , not ketosis. Just being honest.
