What can you get out of the 6.5x47 with say a 125gr bullet? It looks better suited to the short action than my 260.

ya their SHV line. it's not top end, and it's far from light, but it's nice.
2700 on the nose with my 130 bergers, i can't imagine 125's scooting too much faster maybe 2800ish
