I ordered one from China using the link above in this thread. It was shipped on the 6th if Nov, but I have yet to see to and the tracking number they gave me is useless.....It may well be sitting in customs, I have had stuff sit there for almost 2 months before they finally got around to releasing it.
Not sure what the total cost in Canadian dollars was off Amazon....My cost from China was $81.92 Canadian all in.
