I have hunted for over 45 years myself, and I wouldn't be foolish enough to call it a hybrid because of the hair. I am not a biologist, but I do know that the glands are the best way for a hunter to determine whether it is a hybrid or not. As to which tag to use, F&W go by the tail/rump.
