sounds to me
sounds to me like someone is little paranoid and the local police are a joke. how do you enforce that type of bylaw they are obviously going to be able to fine people . this looks to me like a bit of a test zone . most of the guns are coming through the local reserves. so what we seem to have is a bunch of whining people , then again these are the same people who called in the army a few years ago after a snow storm . maybe if the communties would give up the shooters and drug dealers they would not have as much crime . or if they police would start chasing down the bikers ,and the feds would start enforcing the laws on the local reserves they could cut back on the guns crossing in to ont.
