My current shack is a canvas unit with wood floor and wood ends, I could not go back to ice floor. It is 4x8 and I use a seat that is on a swivel with a folding back, under it is a square insulated 'cooler' about the size of a 5 gallon pail standing up. I use a rod bag for all the stuff, catalytic heater and sometimes a fish camera.
The new shack when I get it done will be set up for overnight stays if necessary, tv on the wall for fish cam, solar panel, lights, wood stove, storage, folding bench with storage under it, etc.
