After first hearing about this, I read everything I could about the ACA. I was truly amazed how high of a percentage of their budget actually ends up on the ground helping wildlife and wild places. If people are concerned about the amount spent on non game species, ask yourself if you would enjoy being out there if you didn't see some of the other critters every outing.

As for an increase in fees, what hasn't gone up at least 1 or 2 percent in the past year let alone since the last time licenses went up
