Yes pretty much unless it comes with a bunch of implements. I couldn't say which tractor is the best buy. I'm not a big fan of jd green but there's lots of it out there so there must be something to it. I just haven't figured out what.
3 pt hitch, loader and fwa would be a prerequisite though.
