Venison kabobs ( steak meat)
cut venison in 1" bite size chunks to marinated over night in a mixture of Caesar salad dressing and puree onion( put a 350ml bottle in the blender and add 1 onion chopped blended till puree texture) , so juicy and tender. ( and if you like garlic drop a few clove in the mixture)
