I don't know the people that make the calls but hunters get a bad wrap these days and I don't know if the policy makers have any bias towards hunters. But it is possiable. Not likely but possiable. One thing is for sure. Anyone in fire management these days is not going to be having a restful sleep until it rains or snows.
