As Bat119 said, look for main fuse between battery and fuse panel. This can also be a little circuit breaker that can trip of be faulty. I had a buddy that had this issue and his was hidden under a little panel within the underbelly of the trailer which was hard to find. We got rid of the circuit breaker and put in a large fuse holder with a fuse instead, less problematic.
