60lb pack on the treadmill on incline in the winter (dark when I get home)
Walking the coulees for the day with a pack full of water for weight.
Walking around the shop with 100lb sand bag in my arms.
Chopping wood like a mad man or sledge on tractor tire if no wood.
These are all things I regret while doing but feel great after.
