Agree that lack of evidence isn't proof. Neither party is above dirty tricks.
Similarly so for Trump’s election. Just the number of russians showing up everywhere was justification enough for the intelligence agencies to be highly suspicious and investigate further and spy. There’s lots if history to election corruption and even foreign sympathizers/agents attaining relatively high office.
