In the meantime, you aren't in a rush to unload it; you can store stuff in the trailer while you are sorting things out in the new place.

That was my original plan, but... acreage and equipment. I'm going to use the U-Haul for the house stuff, and the truck and a flat deck for the acreage equipment. It actually cuts down my number of runs.
