24 x30 with attached 12 ft car port. Gas heat. two bay doors man door. cement pad, insulated foundation, four 4x4 windows 10 ft celing, garage door openers, 2x6 construction, completely finished in & out. Paid 55k total. Hernia didn't let me be a very good helper.
