I just priced a garage package, 20’ x 30’, 2x6” walls, 10’ high. 16’ wide door, vinyl siding, and insulation included. One man door and two windows, no wiring, concrete, or interior finish. Came out close to $12,500.
Also go with the highest door you can with the wall height you decide. The old ‘standard’ 7’ high door sucks for most trucks and vans.
